I just finished the Fall 2021 Season with a 4-4 and a 1st round Playoff loss with an 8U rec youth football team. This was a tough season. Since it was so tough, I went back and reviewed 7 other 8U youth football teams that I have coached.  One was a young youth football team with losses and others with Super Bowls and top 3 and 4 finishes.  I compared 25 characteristics and came to a few conclusions.
