Hi and welcome to the show. In episode 34 I discuss all things emotions. How they are energy, create patterns in our fields. I get into personal experiences of my own and how I went through a longggg period of being ruled by my emotions. Honestly I just kept getting knocked down, taking hit after hit and allowing my feels to consume me in an unhealthy way. This kept me stuck for so long until I began to integrate certain processes to get myself out of certain holding fields. I share this with my 1:1 clients and now you too! I offer up a practice to do at the end with the intention to dissipate any *stuck* energy and infuse your field with peace and tranquility.
