Anschließend werden zentrale Weiterentwicklungen erläutert: Alderfers ERG-Theorie mit drei flexiblen Bedürfnisgruppen, Herzbergs Zwei-Faktoren-Theorie zur Arbeitsmotivation, McClellands Modell der drei Motive Leistung, Macht und Anschluss sowie die moderne Selbstbestimmungstheorie von Deci und Ryan, die Autonomie, Kompetenz und soziale Eingebundenheit in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Durch praktische Beispiele aus Pflege, Schule und Wirtschaft wird deutlich, wie Bedürfnis- und Motivationstheorien in unterschiedlichen Lebensbereichen wirken. Das Abstract macht klar: Bedürfnisse sind ein Schlüssel zum Verständnis menschlichen Handelns und Grundlage für Motivation in Alltag, Beruf und Gesellschaft.
