Wisconsin Lands Top Defensive Back

Wisconsin just pulled off a major recruiting coup with four-star defensive back Mekhi Williams, set to join in 2027 after a dramatic hat-switch reveal that kept everyone guessing until the final moment. Once committed to Florida State, Williams reopened his recruitment and ultimately chose Wisconsin over powerhouse programs like LSU and Nebraska — a huge win for the Badgers. His addition makes him the fifth four-star in their 2027 class, bringing the total commits to 17 and signaling a serious push toward elite competition. This is more than just a big recruit — it’s a statement that Wisconsin is building for the future. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
