Wisconsin Supreme Court to take up recusal rules

Recusal rules for Wisconsin judges could soon get an update, after more than fifteen years of no change and a pair of court elections that broke national spending records. The state Supreme Court is slated to examine a proposal Thursday that would tighten the standards. But some legal groups are urging the justices to study the issue carefully before they adopt any major changes.
