Wisconsin’s Collapse Against Notre Dame | Wisconsin Badgers Football News

Wisconsin’s football team showed flashes of promise against Notre Dame, hanging tough in the first half before imploding again in the second — a painfully familiar script echoing their disastrous Indiana game last fall. Quarterback Colton Joseph threw for over 200 yards, a rare bright spot against Notre Dame’s elite defense, but costly mistakes like a muffed kickoff and post-whistle penalties derailed any momentum. And on defense, zone coverage left receivers wide open as Notre Dame’s QB exploited the gaps, exposing a secondary that lacked bite despite its talent. Another collapse, another déjà vu.
