The Baltimore Trauma Response Team has been bridging the gap between the political world and the streets for over 25 years. Responding to " Part 1" crimes of; Murder, robberies, arsons, and other heinous crimes in this city. They have an impeccable record considering they are no more than 25 of them. All of them volunteer and are NOT paid. The mayor , as others have, refuses to fund them but would rather fund " Safe Streets" a less than successful counterpart. Why ? Today we talk with Rev. Dr. Andre Humphries about the future of Baltimore.
