Wisdom from the Dark

Diagnosed with a mysterious illness and feeling a strong call to go within, Harrison reveals some truly deep wisdom from his experiences in the Dark Retreat. An ancient practice in several traditions, namely Tibetan Buddhism, the Dark Retreat is one of pure physical darkness.
