When Job’s life gets wrecked, naturally he wrestles with God about why. Chapter after chapter depicts Job & his friends’ attempts to make sense of the suffering. Eventually, God speaks and reminds Job of a fundamental truth of this book and all of Scripture: It’s not about us.
