Wisdom through Sorrow | Michael Newton
from Boise Community Church Hosted by Boise Community Church
Ecclesiastes | Under the Sun This week we continue our journey through Ecclesiastes with a powerful and honest message from Ecclesiastes 7: Wisdom is often forged in sorrow, not comfort. In a culture that constantly tells us to avoid pain, chase comfort, and stay positive, Solomon invites us into a deeper truth: some of the greatest formation in our lives happens through grief, disappointment, waiting, and hardship. Together we’ll explore how God meets us in suffering, how wisdom grows in difficult seasons, and how Jesus redeems even the broken places of our lives. Join us for worship, communion, and a reminder that even in the storm, God is still present, still working, and still bringing beauty from brokenness.
