Her early career in teaching and education was rooted in a desire to help others fulfil their potential, but it wasn’t until she moved into global experiential events that she found a deeper connection to purpose: creating powerful, feel-good experiences that left lasting impact. Working with global brands, Charlotte noticed a disconnect between wellbeing and work, especially how people were often overloaded with information but lacked the belief or energy to implement real change. Born in Cornwall, with a deep appreciation for nature, the sea, and mental health, she recognised the need to bring more humanity and purpose into professional spaces.
