With God I Have Long-Suffering

Longsuffering is like patience, but longer. I chose a pineapple to represent this part of the fruit of the Spirit because of its long name. Also, where I lived for 17 years, pineapples took more than a year and a half to perfect their sweetness. It's like this: when patience, compassion, forgiveness, and people all fuse together, the result is longsuffering. But let me give you some advice -- don't try this alone. This is an attribute of God flowing through the finished work of Jesus to a heart prepared, usually through many tears and failures. It'll take awhile, but it's worth it!
