With Guest Claire Bennett

Chicken Soap for the Soul with Elisabeth Dermot Walsh and Special Guest Claire Bennett On this week’s episode of Chicken Soap for the Soul, we are joined by the woman whose name has been mentioned on the podcast more than anyone else's: award winning writer, Claire Bennett. Claire started writing on BBC Doctors in the second season and stayed until the very end. She is a powerhouse of prose, with a great ear for dialogue and a nose for gripping storylines and engaging characters. Elisabeth and Claire talk about the joy of twisting stereotypes, surviving convent school, bringing Brummie voices on the screen and fighting the anti-woke brigade. Claire also -kind of- manages not to swear. New CSFTS News!
