It’s been one of the wettest Decembers in recent memory in the Northwest. The weather has put much needed snow in the mountains, but the lower elevation rainfall has caused landslides and flooding. That rain has also put stress on the infrastructure that keeps raw sewage out of the environment. Jes Burns of EarthFix reports.
