Trained as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Nat has created a unique holistic approach to the services she offers in her field.  As a yoga teacher with 20 years of experience in the area of wellness, mindfulness and work-life balance Nat brings a wealth of knowledge and an individual approach to each client who seeks her out.
