A life coach and CASAC-T, Rabbi Babad opened his first drop-in center 22 years ago in Brooklyn serving Chassidic youth, which became a safe haven for at-risk youth battling mental health and substance abuse. Several years later, in 2010, Rabbi Babad opened his yeshiva, Anuvim, as a prevention program for struggling teens. On the heels of the Yeshiva’s success and at the request of many parents, he founded camp Anuvim in 2011, a successful summer program in Upsta New York. In 2015, Rabbi Babad opened a second drop in center, this time in Boro Park, called “Our Home.” Located at 1225 Street, it came to be known affectionately as “1225.” Please consider donating generously to the Nevonim campaign: https://www.dryveup.com/nevonim?utm_source=Sony&utm_medium=Sony For more episodes check us out on....
