With shelters at capacity, PSPCA working to care for dozens of animals seized from ‘uninhabitable’ Northeast Philly home

Last week’s seizure of 55 cats and a dog from a home in Northeast Philadelphia that was overrun with trash and animal waste was a huge undertaking for animal advocates. It comes at a time when shelters are already full. KYW Newsradio's crime and justice reporter Kristen Johanson spoke with a PSPCA official about how they are handling the animals.
