Simone is a 52 year old mother of two who lives (and loves!) to swim in the sea. She is passionate about the benefits of cold, and in the summer warm water swimming and isn't embarrassed to say she spends most of her time talking about it or doing it!!She grew up on the South Coast and most days were spent on the beach.
