foreign in, how's it by doing? You guys alive today? You're late, come on now. Can I see you guys?

Did you guys notice I just about dropped all my stuff as I walked up? Anybody notice that? Last service I tripped over at Guitar Case, I'm a mess today. You guys okay?

Hey, look at my knee. Everybody happy about that? Look at that. Yeah, come on now.

If you're a guest, if you're a last week, I was feeling the knee issue. I kind of buckled my knee a little bit, and I had everybody pray for me, and I went to the doctor on Tuesday, and he said, you're good to go. I woke up my day morning feeling great. So I don't know if God healed me, or if it just wasn't that bad, but I'm gonna go with the heal me thing.

How about you guys? It was great. I'm doing great. Anyway, really grateful that you guys are with us.

Before we jump into the world, I wanna take a moment. Last week I wasn't paying, and it was kind of a different service. If you missed it, I highly recommend. Go back and watch it.

It was CR Sunday. We celebrated victory that guys, I mean guys were there last week. It was amazing, wasn't it? It was so good.

And so grateful for you guys. Thank you, thank you, thank you. So grateful for you guys. Thank you so much.

We're gonna jump into the word now, but before we do that, I wanna just highlight my daughter was on the screen. She lives in Jerusalem. She's gonna be here. Highly recommend you guys come.

It's gonna be an incredible documentary of what God's been doing in Israel after October 7th, and all the things that have gone on. And you won't wanna miss it. It's gonna be the Sunday right after Thanksgiving. We'll be right here, watch on the big screen.

It's gonna be a great time. It's gonna be hard, but it'll be good. I'm really hoping that you guys will come and be a part of that. I guys love the word of God.

Yeah. I'm gonna be in today. I'm starting to do series. And before I pray, I'll just kind of warn you.

I'm not gonna give you the title. So if you take a note, just leave it blank. I'll give it to you a little later. We're gonna be, I will tell you where we're gonna be though.

We're gonna be in the book of Colossians chapter three. I'm gonna start by reading the first 17 verses of Colossians chapter three. And just somewhere in there is the title. So be watching for it.

See if you can catch it. And if you'll guess it, you'll get a prize. I don't know what it is, but you'll get something. And I'm really glad that you guys are ready for the word.

Let's jump in. So we do thank you for your word, that it's true. Let me think of the truth that's found in your word. When it gets on the inside of us, it sets us free.

We thank you that that's true. We thank you that Lord, you're gonna continue the work that you've begun in each one of our lives. So invite your Holy Spirit to speak to us today. Buy your spirit through your word in Jesus name.

And if I said, amen. So we're gonna be in Colossians chapter three today. About three or four weeks ago, I was praying about this series. It's gonna be a short series as we lead up to Christmas.

And the Lord put Colossians three on my heart. And I went and I read the whole book actually several times. And then I really zeroed in on Colossians three. And as I said, I'm gonna begin today in the verse, verse 17 verses.

And I believe there's a lot in here for us. But if I got to believe that God wants to speak to each one of us, aren't you glad that God still speaks? So I just wanna encourage you to have your ears open, your hearts ready to receive all that God has. This is a letter that the Apostle Paul was writing to the church in Coloss.

This was decades after Jesus had died and rose again and then ascended to the Father. And this is a letter to the church that was going through a lot of similar things that we go through as a church. That people wondering who was Jesus really? What does it mean for me?

What does this practically look like in my life? There are a lot of mixed messages and different voices pulling people in all kinds of directions. And so Paul wrote this letter, like he did many of the letters to the church, to clarify, to answer questions and to give direction on important decisions. Some of them very spiritual and very kind of theological.

And some of them is super practical and everyday. And you're gonna see those in here. So we'll open up in Colossians chapter three, bit by the verse number one. It says, since you've been raised to new life with Christ, have you guys, that's your story today?

You've been raised to new life, 14 of you. Have you guys have been raised to new life with Christ? Couple more of you, some of you are holding out. Have you guys have been raised?

Okay guys, I just wanna make sure I'm talking to the right people. Because you've been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the reality of heaven. But would set your mind on things above, where Christ sits at the place of honor at God's right hand. Think about the things of heaven, not earth things of earth.

For you died to this life and your real life is hidden with Christ in God. And when Christ who is your life is revealed to the whole world, you will share in his glory. So he starts out the letter by saying, because you're born again, because you put your faith in Jesus, because your identity has changed. You're no longer of this world.

He's saying, don't think about the things of this world. Focus on eternal truth. Focus on the things that really matter. And then he goes on and he gets real practical.

He says, so put to death the sinful, earthly things lurking within you have nothing to do with sexual morality, impurity, lust and evil desires. Don't be greedy for greedy. A greedy person is an idolator. Stop right there.

That's a powerful statement. A greedy person, someone who just wants more is an idolator. Why is that? Because you're putting that thing, that resource, that money, whatever it is, ahead of God.

That's idolatory. So he says, put away, greed. And he says, worshiping the things of the world. Because of these sins, the anger of God is coming.

You used to do these things when your life was still a part of the world. But now, it's time to get rid of anger, rage, malicious behavior, slander. Have no, we live in a culture full of slander. And dirty language.

Don't lie to each other. Can I get any man? For you have stripped off your old sinful nature and all its wicked deeds. Put on your new nature.

I love this picture that the Apostle Paul gives. He lets all these sins. He's like, hey, don't do this. Don't do that.

And then he says, but you have a choice. You can put on the new nature. Clothe yourself with a new nature and be renewed as you learn to know your creator and become like him. In this new life, it doesn't matter if you're a Jew or a Gentile, circumcised, uncircumcised, barbaric, uncivilized, slave or free.

It doesn't matter where you've come from, no matter what you've done, no matter what your reputation has been or where your identity has been up to this point. Because of what Jesus did, everything changes. And you're brought into the family of God. It says, Christ is all that matters and he lives in all of us.

Since God shows you to be a holy people he loves, we must clothe ourselves with tender mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Make allowance for one another's fault and forgive anyone or by say anyone, anyone who offends you. Now I think it's really interesting. He didn't say, offend, forgive those who make it right.

He says, forgive anyone who offends you. Our responsibility is to be forgivers because he is so forgiving, amen? It says, remember the Lord forgave you so you must forgive others. Above all, clothe yourselves with love.

I see a theme here. He's talking about being intentional about what you wear, not just your clothing, but how you carry yourself, what you allow to be your source of identity. That's what clothing is. It's also for protection and warmth and modesty.

All the things that close to us. He talks about we clothe ourselves with what? With love? Not with lust, with truth, not with lies, with forgiveness, not with bitterness.

He paints all these pictures for us. And it says this, and let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always, or by the other way, be thankful. Let the message of Christ and all its richness fill your lives.

Teach and counsel one another with all wisdom that he gives. Sing songs and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts. And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father. Now there's a lot in there, and that's 17 verses, and it is full of do's and don'ts in it.

Do you see all those? Don't do this, don't do this, do this. I remember how as a new believer somebody said, they said, well, you know God's all about, don't do this and don't do that. I heard somebody say, well, it's also full of a lot of do's.

And if you do the do's, you don't have time to do the don'ts. Right? And so the reality is this is full of do's and don'ts. And the truth is, none of them come natural to us.

We aren't just naturally forgiving and loving. We tend to kind of lean toward our sinful nature, tends to lead toward greediness and selfishness. So he's kind of marking territory here as believers here. Because you put your faith in Jesus, that's how I opened.

Say no to this, say no to this. I'm gonna take some, in our own strength, have none of us can get there. So I'm reading this, I'm like, Lord, why do you want us? And I mean, Colossians three is a thick chapter.

There's a lot, we can spend months on this. And actually what I believe the Lord really revealed to me is something that it's like secret sauce. Don't you love good sauce? Come on, stop talking about food.

It's not time yet. But I know sauce can make all the difference in the world. And that right, I mean, you could get some, but I stopped talking about food. But anyway, you know, you should, you should say it.

I believe that baked into, there it is more food, baked into the 17 verses is the secret sauce. In other words, there's something in these 17 verses that one power us to forgive, and power us to not speak unkindly, and power us to clothe ourselves with love and tender mercies, and power us to flee youthful lusts, and power us to do the do's and the don'ts. And it's right here in the back, it's right here in the last few verses that I read. Let me read them to you again.

In Colossians 3, 16 and 17. And I'll tell you, we'll narrow it down. The title of the series is in these two verses. It says, let the message about Christ and all its richness fill your lives.

Now that would be a long title for a message, but that'd be a good one, wouldn't it? That's not it. Keep going. Cheers and counsel each other in all wisdom that he gives, sing, psalms and hymns.

That'd be a good name for a series. We're not doing that either. Spiritual songs with thankful hearts. There it is.

Everybody say with? Thankful hearts. This is my fact. Three times in these last few verses, he says, he says, literally, he says, always be thankful with thankful hearts and give thanks.

Three times in the last few verses, he says, this is how you're gonna do these things. This is how you begin to live out your salvation, begin to experience the transformation that only comes from him. I believe the secret sauce is Thanksgiving. And yes, I know we're heading toward Thanksgiving this weekend, or next week.

But I don't believe Holy Spirit is leading us here just because of holidays coming up. I believe this really is the key to being faithful followers of Jesus. The key to walking in love, the key to forgiving, the key to saying no to ungodliness is gratitude. It's having thankful hearts.

And the proverb just says this, above all else guard your heart for from it, flow the well springs of life. In other words, every area of your life flows out of what's happening in your heart. And what's yours, if we begin to live thankful lives, it'll change our lives. Why?

Because with thankful hearts, we begin to live fully alive. With thankful hearts, we begin to see the world differently. The Psalmist says, in Psalm 100, now four, it says, enter into his gates with what? With Thanksgiving, in his courts with praise.

We enter into the presence of God through Thanksgiving. I believe with thankful hearts, we can love more and hate less, amen? I believe with thankful hearts, we can sin less and smile more. I believe with thankful hearts, we can make better decisions.

We can all use the ability to make better decisions, right? I'm gonna tell you, you make much better decisions when you're thankful. As a matter of fact, all sin is born out of discontent. Sin is born out of the desire for more, out of entitlement, out of lust, out of greed, out of covetousness, all those things.

It's this thing, I don't have what I need or what I want, I'm gonna go get it. That's what sin is. Sin just honors God because it says God's not enough. That's why he said greed is really idolatry.

When we put something ahead of God, that's idolatry. And so he gives all these do's and all these don'ts, but I believe the summary of these things is that we'll be gonna have thankful hearts, not just thankful words, not even just thankful actions, but if our hearts can be transformed and we begin to have a gratitude governing our heart, it's gonna impact every relationship and every priority in our lives. Some more things I wrote down here with thankful hearts, we will be healthier. I read a proverb every day this week, I read through the proverbs, I got the proverbs 14, and it says in Proverbs 14, it says, a tranquil heart makes the body healthy.

It brings health to the whole body. So how do we have a tranquil heart? I'm gonna tell you, if you begin to have a thankful heart, I know you get peace in your heart, amen? I believe with thankful hearts will be happier.

With thankful hearts will be more lovable and likable. With thankful hearts, we can hear God's voice. We'll look at that next week. And with thankful hearts, we begin to experience his peace, his purpose, and his power in our lives.

How many of that sounds good to you? 14 of you, how many of you guys, that sounds really good to you? So I want some of that in my life. All right, well, I got three points for you today.

They're really simple. As a matter of fact, I had more, I had like six or seven, and as I prayed about this week, and I just really felt like, the Lord said, I just keep it really simple. I wanna give you a picture of the power of gratitude in your life. But I want you to think about your life.

Before I even get to the point, I wanna ask you, do you believe you live on the thankful side, on the ungrateful side of life? Like if you just think about how you live. Because I want you to know, I believe that having a thankful heart can change everything. People with thankful hearts have healthier marriages.

People with thankful hearts have healthier relationships. People with thankful hearts make better decisions. So three things I wanna give you, the first one is this, a thankful heart opens our eyes to what God has done and what he is doing in our lives. When we begin to have a thankful heart, we begin to remember what he's already done.

Heaven, thankful hearts shift our perspective from being stressed to blessed. Heaven, a thankful heart shifts us from selfishness to servanthood. People with thankful hearts go from scarcity to abundance, from fear to faith. Look at the first three verses.

He says that since you have been raised to new life and Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven. What's he saying? He said, because you've been born again, begin to remember where you're headed that this life is now there is, amen? That this world is not my side of source or my side of spectrum.

This isn't even my home. Like this body I live in, it's just a vehicle I'm driving through for the next few years, right? Mine's getting older, I'm coming up on 57, but I'm thinking about heaven now. You know what I'm talking about?

Like we begin to live our lives with eternity in our hearts and that changes the game. It says we're Christ, it's a place of honor, God's right hand. Think about the things of heaven, not the things of the earth. Why?

Because you died to this life and your real life is in him. I wrote some things down, gratitude is born out of our new identity. When we really begin to embrace our new identity of sons and daughters of the king, gratitude rises up. Look at what he said, you've been raised with Christ.

Your real life is hidden with him. Another thing I wrote down is that gratitude grows as we embrace our new identity. So let me ask you, are you living in your new identity as a son or a daughter of the king? If you do, gratitude will rise.

But the more you find your source of identity in this world, the more you, it's about what other people think or what you've achieved or what you've received, now you begin to be ungrateful. Look at it says in Galatians chapter 20, this is the Apostle Paul, and by the way, he wrote this from a prison cell. He said, my own self has been crucified with Christ. It's no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.

So that my earthly body, so I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself up for me. I love, and one translation says, not just my old self, it says, my old identity has been crucified. Let me ask you guys, your old identity being crucified. Have you allowed him to begin to change you where before maybe you had an orphan spirit or a rebellious spirit or a worldly value system?

But when you come to faith, you say, no, no, I'm a child of the most high, amen? And so my identity has changed. Galatians 4 says, God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law so that he can adopt us as his very own children. Because we are his children, God sent the spirit of his son into our hearts, prompting us to call the Abba Father.

That word, Abba, is a term of endearment, it really means daddy. And I'm like, this has made all the difference in my life. I have a memory when I was about eight or nine years old. My mom and my dad and my grandparents had gotten an argument, we were at my grandparents' house, and I remember as we were leaving out of the house, I was trailing behind my dad and I said, daddy.

Like I started a sentence, I don't even know what I was gonna say, I was probably gonna ask him something, I don't even know what. But I said daddy and my dad turned around and he smacked me on the side of the head and he said, daddy, don't call me daddy. What he was doing in his value system, he was trying to help me be a man. He said, you call me dad.

I mean, that's a father window right there that I got. And you know what I never did again, the rest of my life called him daddy. Well, I don't want to get smacked upside the head. That's a worldly perspective, right?

But I have good news for you, about a decade later, I surrender my life to Jesus and I begin to embrace my identity as a child of God and I have to measure up to my dad's value system. I got brought into the kingdom of God. And he says, because of his work in my life, I can cry out Abba Father, I can see him as my daddy. And so it's liberated me.

Every day I begin my walk with the Lord, I spend time in prayer and I call him Abba Father. And I know I reached my hand. I have any memories of my dad ever walking with me when I was a kid holding my hand. But I know he walks with me every day.

So that's me letting go of an old identity that was a trap, wasn't it? I remember when my dad was getting ready to go to jail. He went a couple times when I was a kid. But one time he said to me, he says, we're sprigs.

We don't let anybody tell us what to do. I get in trouble right there. And then he followed up, especially women. I know some of you guys don't like my dad very much to you.

You know, that identity tried to get on me. It was all about being tough. It was all about, it was a rebellious spirit. I'm so grateful today that God liberated me from that.

Amen. And you know what? I share that. I'm vulnerable with you.

Because you know what? The enemy's lied to you too. The enemy's tried to use whether it's your dad or your mom or your big brother or a bully in your neighborhood or somebody who maybe took advantage of you or abused you at some level. Tried to say that's your identity.

That's a lie from the pit of hell. The truth is we've been adopted into the family of God. Look what it goes on to say. It says this, because we are his children, God sent the spirit of the son into our hearts, prompting us to call Abba Father.

You are no longer a slave to the values of this world. Your identity no longer in my life. You know, I'm no longer like my dad or my granddad. Where no, no, no, I am a son of the most high.

And so I can live out of that. You're no longer a slave, but you're God's own child. And since you're a child, you know what? He made you an heir.

Come on now. And we can live out of that place. So the first, my first point is a thankful heart opens our eyes to what God has done. He saved me.

He's set me free. He changed me from the inside out. And what he is doing. Amen.

He's continuing to work in my life. What are we going to live out of that identity? Freedom begins to come. And at least in my next point, which is this.

Thankful heart shapes our attitudes and our actions. It changes how we do life. Look at it. Let's go back to our text that says, so put to death the sinful earthly things lurking within you have nothing to do with sexual morality and purity, lust, and evil desires.

Don't be greedy for greedy people or idolaters. Worshiping the things of the world. Because of these things the anger of God is coming. You used to do these things, but when your life was still a part of the world.

But now is the time to get rid of anger, raids, malicious behavior, slander, and dirty language. Don't lie to each other. For why you've been stripped of your old nature and its wickedness and put on the new nature. I said put on.

This is the decision I chose to put on this jacket. You like this jacket? My beautiful bride brought me this. She said that is a really nice jacket.

I think you would look good in that. And I said, OK, but you know this morning I chose to put this on. And the Bible says the word it shoes what we put on. It says put on love.

Put on the new nature. Amen. Put on the new nature and be renewed as you learn to know your creator and become like him. Gratitude fuels our transformation.

It fuels the change in our life. Spiritual maturity and moral strength come from gratitude. And the opposite is also true. Spiritual immaturity comes from a lack of gratitude.

Being stuck in our old ways and our old mindsets and old ruts of the way we used to live that really comes out of a lack of gratitude. We say thanks to God for forgiveness and freedom. And we begin to turn away from things like greed and immorality and anger. I wrote this on my notes.

I really, as I thought about this, I thought this is really the secret sauce right here. A thankful heart rejects the I deserve better mentality. That's a game changer right there. When we go from I deserve better and we embrace I have been given so much.

That changes everything. I'm in the new believer. I'm back back. Before I was a believer.

I've told you, you've been around here long enough. You've heard my story. I told it all the time. The man who led me to the Lord wasn't a pastor, a preacher, evangelist, missionary.

He owned a body shop. He fixed cars and boats. I used to joke. He majored in Bondo.

If you don't know what that is, it doesn't matter. But his job, he fixed cars and boats for a living. But he loved Jesus. And I worked for him.

He's my boss. And the thing that really attracted me to Jesus wasn't the apologetics. It wasn't that I studied the deep things of God. It wasn't that I really began to look at the validity of scripture or the resurrection of Christ.

All those things are great. But I want to tell you what attracted me to Jesus was the attitude of my boss. He loved God and he loved God and not to love me. And it was this attitude.

And you know what he did? He lived a lifestyle of thankfulness. He had been raised in church, ran from God, lived in rebellion for many years, had an unhealthy marriage, ended up a divorce. And he didn't get to see us kids and all these things.

And then he got right with God. And by the time I met him, he'd been following the Lord for over a decade. He was remarried. He'd reconciled with his kids.

God was doing things in his life. But he had a lot of regret in the past. He didn't let his regret govern his life. As a matter of fact, he'd show up to work.

And I joke all the time. He had a belt buckle big enough to eat your breakfast off of. He had a big old cowboy hat. And he'd show up to work.

And he'd be like, glory to God. He made them mountains. And he made you. We lived in the mountains by the way, Northern Idaho.

And he'd always talk about the Bible. He was like, I was in the Word of God today. And you know what it says? We've been adopted into the family of God.

He just proclaimed. And I remember when I first met him, I thought, this guy is a fruit loot man. He's just crazy. There was some difference about the more I was around him.

I realized, man, there's a joy. There's a peace. And there's an understanding, a purpose that he has that I've never seen. And you know what else?

He didn't live worried about what other people thought. He lived for an audience of one. And because he lived with that understanding, I saw that as a messed up, rebellious, junk kid. And I realized, man, he has joy.

He has peace. He has purpose. You know what he had? He had gratitude.

He talked all the time about what God done in his life, how he didn't deserve it. It fashioned him and formed him. And it helped him become the man. He wasn't perfect.

Let me tell you. But he knew the perfect one. And it was something about it. And so it was that that attracted me to Jesus.

And when people look at your life, do they see gratitude or do they see the spirit of the world? Because the way that we live as believers makes all the difference in the lives of people around us. Amen? OK, let me say that.

Thankful heart rejects and I deserve better mentality and embraces I've been given so much. The Psalmist said this. He said, oh Lord, you are the portion in my inheritance and my cup. You maintain my lock.

The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places. Yes, I have a good inheritance. And that leads to my third point, which is this. A thankful heart alters our perspective and our priorities.

Colossians 3, since God shows you to be a holy people, you must clothe yourselves with tender mercy. So a thankful heart alters our perspective. And listen, it's going to alter your priorities. You're going to begin to see things differently and make decisions differently.

So why don't you think about people in your life that are the most thankful. If we'd started to say before I said anything, if I just asked you, who is the most thankful person that you know? Who would you say? Think about that in your mind.

And then ask yourself, why? What is it about them? Because again, the man that had the greatest impact on my life, he's with Jesus now, by the way. I had the great privilege of doing his funeral.

How cool is that? I got to be with all this family and his friends and coworkers. And I got to share my testimony one last time. And I said, you know what?

The game changer of my life. It was how grateful he was for the grace of God in his life. It changed my life. I want you to know there's people in your life that need to see that.

So I think we're out of doing evaluation of our lives. Am I on the thankful side? Or do I buy into the spirit of this world that says, I deserve more? That's a miserable way to live, amen?

So I want you to think about that. When I think about thankful people, man, like I said, they smile more, they frown less, they love more, they change the way that they live. So I want you to think about your life today. Psalm 192 says this, it is good to give thanks to the Lord.

To sing praises to his name, to declare your loving kindness in the morning and your faithfulness at night. A thankful heart really is about seeing life with clarity. Then every breath I breathe is a gift from God. Every day I live is a gift from God.

Every ability that I have really comes from him. We're gonna be gonna see life that way, it changes us. I wanna give you an assignment this week. This is really just part one of a two part message.

I wanna pick it up next week. And I wanna give you some practical tools on how we can begin to walk as a thankful people and what it produces in our lives. But what I wanted to give you this week is an assignment. I wanna ask you to start a list.

You can do it on, if you like to write with paper, like old tools, do that. If you wanna do it on your phone, you can do it, computer, whatever. But I want you to start a list of things that you're thankful for. Bible gives us a lot of things.

You can start with Bible, begin to thank God for salvation, begin to thank Him for forgiveness, thank Him for freedom. But I want you to get practical too. Think about things in your life that you're thankful for. Somebody said this, if you struggle with gratitude, check your pulse and thank God that you have one.

Right? That's a good place to start. I think that I'm still above ground, right? Somebody said this, abundance flows into your life when gratitude flows out of your heart.

So let's just pray together. We're gonna have a Holy Spirit to speak. Father, I thank you today that you're not done with us. Now I do thank you today that you are working on each one of our lives.

And I pray you reveal to us that there's areas of our life where we've lived in kind of an ungrateful mentality. It really comes from a spirit of the world that says I deserve more. We live in a consumer culture that says we need more. But Lord, we know that we have all that we need in you even as we sang today.

And we're so grateful for what you've done. And I pray that you'd help all of us to move over into that gratitude lifestyle, Lord. We invite you Holy Spirit to minister to us and speak to us and continue the work you've begun in each area of our lives. Such a good word, I want to invite the prayer team to come forward.

You know, we always love to close every service with a time of just invitation. If you have a prayer need of any sort, we have people who are here and we always come every time. They come this prayer team. They come not because they have something, but because they're connected to the one who wants to bless you, who wants to meet you.

And so we believe that happens every single week here after our services. I want to bless you today. I just love that he just ended with that verse. And so it is good to give thanks to the Lord.

There's something about the lifting. You know the Bible says that he is the glory and the lifter of our head. And so just our fixing our eyes up, just making us look up. Father, I just thank you so much for that word, that our assignment this week is to begin to write down physically, thankfulness.

It is good to give thanks to the Lord. Every breath we do breathe is a gift from you. We can't outside of you, God. Would you cause us to be children that walk on this planet with grateful hearts?

And that the power of that would permeate everywhere we go. In our house, in our schools, in our workplaces, in our community, blessed are the people who's God is the Lord, let that be said of us, God. Bless your people to notice what you're doing, what you have done and what you want to do. I bless your people to be people with grateful hearts.

I bless your people to be ones that speak life and encouragement that put courage in others because of the words of their mouth. Thank you Lord, that grateful hearts are shifting us. We ask that you would give us grateful hearts. This week, I bless your people, Lord, that the countenance of the Lord would be upon them, that the joy of the Lord would be upon them.

In our of ourselves, we are empty, but when we come to you, when we lift our eyes in our gaze to you and we see what you've done and we just thank you that you adopted us, that you've invited us to the kingdom life that is so different than this world. We just thank you, God. We thank you that you've saved us, that you've redeemed us, that you called us by name. We thank you that we are yours in Jesus' name, amen.
