Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Clemente Sala. Clemente started his fitness journey at 15 years old with basic weight training in high school and in keeping active he also played soccer. Having explored a few career paths prior, he was then guided into the fitness industry. In his continued love for soccer, he currently coaches a youth girls' soccer team and enjoys the challenge and opportunity to teach girls about soccer at a young age.  In addition to being a soccer coach, he is also a yoga instructor and personal trainer and enjoys teaching others how to focus on their health and fitness for them, even if it's just for the physical results.  Listen as he takes us through his journey and why we should all put effort into taking care of ourselves.
