SCRIPTURE TEXT: 2 Timothy 3:1-17 In Part Three of our series on II Timothy, we hear the Apostle Paul's warning that "everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted" (2 Tim 3:12). In order in order to Persevere Like Paul, we will need to "Withstand the Wicked" while we hold tightly to the truth of God. In this third chapter of his letter, Paul helps us toward that end by illuminating the clear folly of the wicked with the plain warning of God's word and the full faith of God's promises.
