陈慧智（Juliet）1972年来澳，在墨尔本经营珠宝首饰店将近50年。她说，在澳洲开珠宝店，最重要的是诚信、以顾客为中心。“做生意最重要是聆听客人的意愿（需求），不能一味推销自己的东西，”陈女士说：“对客人我们不是做一次生意，而是希望他/她以后能回来。如果你推得太厉害，客人这次买后悔了，以后都不再来了，就没意思了。”
