Wolf & Shepherd: Justin Schneider

from Starting Small · host Cameron Nagle

Thank you for tuning into "Starting Small", a podcast about brand development, entrepreneurship, and innovation in the modern world. In this episode, I am joined by Justin Schneider, CEO and Co-Founder of Wolf & Shepherd, home of arguably the most comfortable dress shoes. Growing up in Atlanta, Georgia, Justin comes from Korean and German descent, where expectations were high through family members attending prestigious universities. Justin studied architecture at the University of Notre Dame, where he ran track and field, which had much impact on his future endeavors. After working in design at some of the world's leading footwear brands, Justin realized the void in a comfortable dress shoe that the fast-paced corporate world calls for. Implementing a combination of both casual and formal materials, Wolf & Shepherd was born, a shoes made to work as hard as you do. Wolf & Shepherd shoes were put to the test when a runner ran a half marathon, winning first place and setting a Guinness World Record for the fasted half marathon in dress shoes. In 2018, Justin himself ran the iconic running of the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, all while wearing a pair of Wolf & Shepherds. Through these physical experiments and collaborations with athletes such as Steve Nash, Wolf & Shepherd is completely revolutionizing the dress shoe industry.  Wolf & Shepherd can be found at: https://wolfandshepherd.com   Follow Starting Small: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/startingsmallpod/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Startingsmallpod/?modal=admin_todo_tour LinkedIn: http://linkedin.com/in/cameronnagle
