As to stop her mentally from falling into what past soul that keeps her in a past that can and will disrespect her etc*Regaining her confidence as well as being more caring towards others as she is not blindsided just by her past! Allowing her heart to feel outside the past, called breathing,not hyperventilating!The present was given to her!
