In this episode of Woman to Woman, Pfluger Interior Designer, Lauren Cloud, from our Austin studio sits down with Carol Watson, Fine Arts Director for Georgetown ISD. Carol reflects on 33 years in public education. She shares her path from teaching ceramics and sculpture to leading at the district level, including how she navigated uncertainty along the way. She also talks about the leaders who saw her potential before she did.
