Join me and my guests as we put the world to rights with a show to educate, inspire, empower, entertain and liberate you! Meet Oliwią Viktoria @oliwiatherapy who will be with us at Womanifest for us to "Feel It to Heal It" through an Inner Child workshop.If you tend to put others above yourself, abandon your own needs, look for approval in others, struggle with confidence, feel a block in your healing journey or not able to connect with your emotions you NEED to be here. We journey through life as wounded children in adult bodies crying out for help and love. We carry painful experiences from our life and mask them as “people pleasing” “perfectionism” “overworking”. Subconsciously, we don’t want to experience the emotional pain, so we keep our inner-child locked in a basement. We’re afraid that if we let it out people won’t accept us for who we are at our core or we won’t be able to manage the pain we never tell anyone about.
