Happy Women's Day! In this special episode we will be talking about women and relationships. Our guest and counselling psychologist Himani Bishnoi is here on the podcast to talk about women and relationships, specifically abusive relationships. We will talk about the experiences of women across the country and the various factors that affect our decisions to stay in abusive and destructive relationships. We will talk about romantic as well as other types of relationships that women encounter in their lives and how it affects the mental health of women. We will also talk about what steps one can take to get out of an abusive relationship.
