Carinne Brody is a doctoral candidate in public health at UC Berkeley.  She is conducting an evaluation of a reproductive health voucher program in Uganda and Cambodia as part of her dissertation, and she co-instructs the International Maternal and Child Health Seminar, and the Maternal and Child Health Core course at UC Berkeley. Carinne did a joint Masters in Public Health and Economic Development at Columbia University.  Before and during her studies, she conducted field research for governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as foundations, on maternal and child health in Sri Lanka, Ghana, Haiti, Somalia, Uganda, Kenya and India.
