Women Governance Trailblazers - Cindie Jamison

In this episode of Women Governance Trailblazers, we talk with Cindie Jamison. Cindie has served as Chair of the Board of Darden Restaurants since 2023. She also serves as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at ODP Corp -- which our listeners might know by its former name, Office Depot. She joined the Board of IFF, Inc (otherwise known as International Flavors and Fragrances) in January of 2025 and assumed the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee in May 2025. Over the past 20+ years, she’s served in board leadership roles at a number of public companies. Prior to her full-time Board service, Cindie had an executive career as a “Crisis CFO”. In that capacity, she served as a partner with Tatum, LLP from June 1999 through May 2009, during which time she held various leadership roles, including Managing Partner. She has been the Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer of several publicly and privately held companies and held many executive leadership positions.Cindie recently completed a four-year term as a member of FASAC, the advisory board to the FASB. In addition, she is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and was awarded the “Top 100 Director” honor in 2017.
