A special episode this week as Bec sits down 1-1 with Aussie/Canadian- Alia Karmali from the Denver Bandits. In ‘the Warmup’ we introduce Alia and discuss how she found the game of the football. For so many players there are different paths to finding the game, but for Alia it was her first-ever training session that got her hooked, and now the rest is history.In ‘All Ball’, we deep dive into Alia's playing career starting in 2017 for the UNSW Raiders, helping to build the Central Coast Sharks as well as her current season with the Denver Bandits in the WNFC. Bec and Alia also talk about her trials for Team Canada for the upcoming IFAF World Cup. Alia has achieved so much in her career and is only just getting started, We round it all out with ‘Rapid Fire’, where we discuss our All Australian DB nominations.
