Women in Leadership: Does it always favour women?

The idea that once women attain power the problems of women will be solved, has almost become a mirage. Expecting women will understand other women and do better than men, is not always true. Using Baahubali's Queen Mother Sivagami as an example, we see how she decided for a younger woman -- as a ruler not as a woman.
