Jana also shares her insights on 'She Loves Data', a non-profit movement she co-founded in 2016, as a means to provide training to women, ensuring that they are equipped with vital technological and digital skills needed for the future.  The organisation now has over 60 volunteers in more than 10 countries, helping over 10,000 women start their journey in tech.
