Women in Trucking with Shelley Uvanile-Hesch of WTFC

In the trucking industry it is no secret that for many years it was predominately men working in this industry.  In recent years we have seen that to start to change and more women joining the industry in many capacities. As a father of a precocious 15 ½ year old girl this is good news. But is there more we can do to encourage more women to consider a career in the trucking and heavy-duty parts industry?  Today I would like to introduce Shelley Uvanile-Hesch, CEO of the Women’s Trucking Federation of Canada.
