In episode 8 of The Science of Personality Podcast, Ryne and Blake welcome University of Nebraska Omaha Assistant Professor of Management Dr. Kelsey Medeiros to the show to talk about women leading through a pandemic. As we look around the world and see female heads of state more effectively combatting the global COVID-19 crisis, we were curious as to why that's the case.
