Women Pay Equity

  "Women Pay Equity: Unveiling the Gap" is a pay equity for women physicians. We uncover the challenges women face in their life cycle, pregnancy, childbearing, sandwich generation, all while being women physicians. These stages of life may or may not be barriers for all women.
