Our reporter Kevin Ruiz followed the story.The Gibraltar Hearing Issues & Tinnitus Association has warned children and adults could be victims of temporary - or even permanent hearing issues - if exposed to loud noise for just a few minutes. The charity made the remarks after taking decibel readings at the fair over the weekend, where it says noise levels were dangerous.
