He will need to assess which one has the best chance of forming a government. Our reporter Kevin Ruiz followed the story.The Gibraltar Hearing Issues & Tinnitus Association has warned children and adults could be victims of temporary - or even permanent hearing issues - if exposed to loud noise for just a few minutes. The charity made the remarks after taking decibel readings at the fair over the weekend, where it says noise levels were dangerous. And, Rima is just one of the many musicians performing at the Fair's Family Pavilion this week.
