Women's Franchise Committee Podcast: Connie Hill-Johnson

Connie Hill-Johnson has spent the past decade helping seniors remain independent and safe in their own home environment. As an adult caregiver herself, she is passionate about helping other adult caregivers, or as some may refer to them as the "sandwich generation" manage the many challenges which come with the aging process. Connie started the business after the death of her father and recognizing the need for quality homecare. She has shared with many the challenges and rewards of being a female business owner and managing a staff of over 70 employees. Her desire is to share her personal experience as an entrepreneur and how she has grown her business from its inception.
