Jade Denny is a Mum to 3 beautifully chaotic children, a wife, daughter, sister, friend, business owner, and a mentor for women.  "I am living & working from my purpose helping women to reconnect with their truest selves. Create a life of flow and find their balance as they evolve. As women, we are surrounded by a world of judgment pressure, and shame. Many of us lead lives full of shoulds and expectations, and we feel lost in our roles and consumed by them. I know because I have been that woman. I see that women and I hear that woman.  We aren't championed for our authenticity but rather taught to show up as the good girl, the caregiver, and the people pleaser the list goes on! Showing up as who we think we should be rather than who we truly are. We take on many evolving roles throughout our lifetime and often give from an empty cup leading us to feel overwhelmed, burnt out, guilty, and resentful. I have learned the importance of self-connection and of self-love. I know the value of finding your balance, of understanding what it means to us, and that it begins with us.
