Women’s Legal Centre launches Nxme Him campaign

The Women’s Legal Centre has launched Nxme Him, a national civil disobedience campaign calling for the repeal of Section 154(2)(b), the law that makes it a crime to name an accused rapist before he pleads. Survivors can face up to 3 years in jail for speaking out, while accused rapists remain anonymous for months or even years.
