The International Women in Leadership Conference for Africa (IWIL) is an Africa for Africa Women’s Conference signature event held annually to focus on leadership, financial and economic inclusion of women. The Summit brings experts from corporate leaders, entrepreneurs and policy shapers to engage and share insights from personal experiences on how to expertise Africa’s transformation agenda towards total inclusion of women and equity in all spheres. Over the years Africa for Africa Women's Conference through these engagements has given birth to a Women's Cooperation bank.
