Woody Adjacent - Craig Sheffer, Sheryl Lee & Terence Stamp - Bliss (1997)

On this recording Don goes diggin in the crates to pick up a lesser known erotic drama film that raised many a eyebrow for it supposed overt sexual nature but there seems to be alot more under the surface with this movie and it's story   In BLISS (1997) Maria (Sheryl Lee) struggling with mental issues and marital disharmony, she seeks help from Baltazar (Terence Stamp), a charismatic sex therapist whose healing methods delve beyond traditional psychoanalysis.   In their sessions, Maria uncovers a repressed traumatic memory from her childhood, affecting her ability to experience sexual pleasure. Meanwhile, Maria's husband Joseph (Craig Sheffer), is initially skeptical of Baltazar's unconventional approach, becomes drawn into the exploration of their intimacy.   As Maria embarks on a journey of self-discovery through tantric practices and challenging sexual experiences, Joseph grapples with his own anxieties and evolving definition of intimacy.
