Anxiety and self-doubt cloud his vision, leaving him creatively paralysed.   Alex's internal struggle manifests in a series of fantastical scenarios heavily influenced by his cinematic idols. He envisions directing grand historical epics, biopics of controversial figures, and even black power films.
