WORD GIFTS / The Gift of Leadership

Last week, we introduced the "Word Gifts"—the steering system of the church. These are the gifts that clarify God’s nature and purpose. And for today's episode, we are grabbing that steering wheel with both hands. We are talking about the gift of Leadership. Now, when we say "Leadership," most people immediately think of a CEO, a General, or maybe the Senior Pastor. It feels like a title, not a gift. But in Scripture, it is a specific empowerment of the Spirit. Paul lists it in Romans 12:8. Depending on your translation, it says "the one who leads" or "the one who rules," and the instruction is to do it "with zeal".
