Word of the Year

New Year. New logo. New words. The guys are back and kick off the first episode of 2022 with their word(s) of the year. Brandon and Keesh coincidentally have the same word "increase" and the two share their perspectives on the word. Brandon starts things off by speaking  on how he plans to increase in various parts of his life throughout the year. (2:58) Keesh explains on how moving intentionally in 2021 made way for him to increase (5:03).  Next, Ian speaks on how he plans to connect in 2022 with his word being "connection"(6:54). To follow up with the word,  Brandon asks Ian why did he choose that word and Ian shares how he came across it (9:42). Keesh goes in depth on why fasting is important to him in the new year (11:33).
