We have all become increasingly aware of the importance of language in creating inclusive work cultures, but we still have a long way to go. We need to support marginalized groups differently, but how do we do that while at the same time supporting the development of everyone? This is an issue many organizations are currently trying to tackle and navigate, but are we having uncomfortable conversations?
