Work Place Phone Etiquette For Clinical Researchers

If you are working or aim to work in the clinical trials/ clinical research industry you may find yourself on the phone a lot. This mode of communication is vastly different than how we interact in our daily lives for a number of reasons. For One we do not talk on the phones as much in our daily lives we opt for texting and only phone calls for much longer conversations. In the work environment we use email, internal message but sometimes the quickest way to get a response is to opt for a phone conversation.
