Work spouses! Do you share more with them then with your spouse?

A lot of us have "work spouses" someone, usually from the opposite sex that you spend a lot of time with and you talk with them about life! But do you find that you share more with your work spouse the with your spouse? Is it a good thing to have a work spouse? How do you and your spouse feel about it?
