"If one benefit came out of COVID, it helped people embrace this in the environment. Before COVID, I used to hear providers, when you talked about virtual care and patients actually doing things themselves, it'd be, "Oh, my patients, they're too elderly to do that. They couldn't manage this technology." COVID forced us, in many ways, to advance technology for our customers and consumers.
