Working military dogs memorial added to Veterans park in Rolla, thanks to a 15-year-old Eagle Scout

15-year-old Mason Hirtz worked for two years to create a memorial addition for the Veterans Memorial Park in Rolla; specifically for working military dogs.With the project, he became an Eagle Scout – and with him for the dedication were the governor, state and city officials, Ft. Leonard Wood Soldiers and their military dogs.
