from The Self Project Podcast · host The Self Project Studio

DeBora is a Self-Love Doula, Attorney, Mother and the Author of three books. She helps women give birth to the love within. Five years ago, while reading another women's empowerment book, the author, who coaches successful women entrepreneurs, speakers, coaches, and leaders said she discovered that these women shared one fear: the fear of being visible. DeBora realized she was talking to, and about herself, and that this fear affected her business, money, and relationships. Since then, her commitment to love herself inspires her to challenge the fear of being seen, heard and known. Her work is about helping other women to also face and overcome this sometimes debilitating fear.   In this episode of The Self Project Podcast: How you can start showing up and work on overcoming the fear of visibility How to start determining what you want and being willing to start working towards it How there is nothing wrong with whatever it is you desire   Where to find DeBora: Visit her website: www.sistersgatheringtoheal.com Find her on Facebook: www.facebook.com/writebookswell Find her on Instagram: www.instagram.com/deboramricks www.instagram.com/sistersgatheringtoheal     Thank you for tuning in!  If you enjoyed this episode, please subscribe and leave a review!   Find me on Instagram:    www.instagram.com/_kristymartin Find me on Facebook: www.facebook.com/theselfprojectstudio Visit my website:    www.theselfprojectstudio.com
